WINDOW ROCK— Games, crafts, music and a special announcement from Navajo Nation President Ben Shelly are just a few of the events scheduled during the third annual Navajo Nation Zoo Boo Halloween celebration from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Oct. 29.
